Mr
Closhen studied jurisprudence, with special focus on tax law, at the
Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz.
Before the foundation of the Closhen Kämpf Bernard & Partner
chambers, Mr Closhen worked for many years as a lawyer employed by a
well-known law firm in Wiesbaden and the renowned insolvency-law chambers
of Dr Robert Wieschemann and colleagues in Kaiserslautern. His main
tasks there were advising the insolvency receiver and developing an
excellent concept to reorganise and liquidate the insolvent Pfaff company.
In addition to acquiring additional skills involving tax law by attending
specialist courses, he gained experience in buying up and selling companies,
the restructuring of companies and in insolvency law.

Dr. Hanno M. Kämpf, Lawyer
Member of the international-law taskforces of the German Lawyers Association
Dr. Kämpf studied jurisprudence and international law in Mainz, Gießen and Oxford. His main field of activity is international business law, especially international corporate - & commercial law and contract law. For over ten years he has advised companies on all aspects of corporate law and supported business start-ups and acquisitions.
Due to the experience he gained while working in England, the USA and India, his clients include numerous foreign businesses. Mr Kämpf is specialized in assisting Indian companies in gaining a foothold in the German market and in supporting the German branch operations/ subsidiary companies in all matters pertaining to a company's daily business.
Dr. Kämpf is a professor for international commercial law, comparative and national corporate law and contract law at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz and chairman / member of the supervisory board of various – also listed – companies.

Michael Bernard, Lawyer
Member of the criminal-law taskforce of the German
Lawyers Association
Mr Bernard studied jurisprudence and criminology at the Johannes Gutenberg
University in Mainz and at the Università degli studi di Genova
in Italy. His training was completed under the renowned defence counsellor
Prof Dr Tondorf in Düsseldorf, among others.
In addition to his work in Bad Kreuznach, Michael Bernard also works
for Prof Dr Volkmar Mehle in Bonn, where he is primarily involved with
such major criminal-law cases as the heart-valve, Caritas, SPD-Cologne
and Flowtex scandals.
Mr Bernard is a tutor at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz.

Dipl. Wirtschaftsjuristin (FH) Anke Kämpf,
MSc Business Lawyer, MSc International Business
Mrs Kämpf studied business law in Mainz. In addition she graduated a master course in International Business in Great Britain and India. Object of her master thesis were Indo-German Joint Ventures.
Before joining the law firm Closhen Kaempf Bernard & Partner she was a scientific officer at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz and hold lectures in Auditing, Tax Law, Business Law and Accounting. Furthermore she worked in legal departments for companies in India and the USA.
Within the law firm Mrs Kämpf's field of activity is assisting foreign - predominantly Indian - companies in gaining a foothold in the German market and supporting the German subsidiary companies in all matters pertaining to a company's daily business.

Daniel Schick, Lawyer
Mr. Schick studied law at Johannes-Gutenberg University
in Mainz, Germany. He has been working as in-house legal counsel for
a large German Healthcare company for several years.
The inclusion of Mr. Schick in our partnership enabled
us to expand our scope of competencies to medical devices law as well
as health insurance reimbursement law. He has been expanding his knowledge
of business law through extensive postgraduate studies.
Mr. Schick is a member to various legal working groups
of the Bundesverband Medizintechnologie (BVMed), a German medical technology
association.

Jürgen Wöhrle, Lawyer
Mr Wöhrle studied jurisprudence with main emphasis on family and
inheritance law at the Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität in Mainz.
Mr Wöhrle furthered his knowledge in business law through extensive
advanced vocational training and lawyers´ courses in tax law.
Before joining Closhen Kämpf Bernard & Partner, Mr Wöhrle
worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Bulgaria and a well-known Bulgarian
law firm. Due to his knowledge of the Bulgarian language and Bulgarian
law he is a competent partner for all companies that plan to start or
keep up trade relations with Bulgarian companies.
In the field of business law Mr Wöhrle's main focus is on the succession
of company-ownership and media law.
Mr Wöhrle is also responsible for all mandates concerning family
and inheritance law.

Dr. Marcus Soiné, Lawyer
Labour lawyer
Officer of justice (FH)
After education as officer of justice, Dr. Soiné studied jurisprudence at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz focusing on Labour Law. Basically he has been working in this field of activity over the past years including an employment of four years at the Local Labour Court in Mainz. Beside he consults and represents companies and employers concerning business and corporate law as well as sports law.
Additionally he is supporting clients in competition and intellectual property law as well as trademark, design and copyright law. He gained a lot of experience in this field of activity in an international medium-sized law firm. He successfully completed the lawyers' course in intellectual property law.
Dr. Soiné as a co-founder of the seminar called "Jetzt Erst Recht" also coaches students as a tutor.

Dr. Hanns-Christian von Stockhausen, Lawyer
Dr. von Stockhausen studied jurisprudence at the universities of Mainz and Hannover. His international experience is based on activities for organizations in Brussels (Belgium) und Washington D.C. (USA).
Within the law firm Closhen Kämpf Bernard & Partner Dr. von Stockhausen's main field of activity is the legal advice of Indian companies regarding the founding of subsidiary companies and all matters pertaining to a company's daily business. Beside this he supports different projects in the field of new media and the film business.

Eva Reifferscheid, Lawyer
Frau Reifferscheid studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität in Mainz. Zuvor absolvierte sie eine Lehre als Bankkauffrau bei der Nassauischen Sparkasse in Wiesbaden.
Schon während des Referendariats vertiefte sie ihre Kenntnisse durch eine begleitende Tätigkeit in einer Wiesbadener Rechtsanwaltskanzlei.
